DEEI-verse is a play on words combining “Diversity, Empowerment, Equity,
Inclusion"
and "Universe”.

The association DEEI-verse aims to create supportive, empowering, and creative projects and safe spaces for people who have experienced discrimination (e.g., racism, ableism, sexism), especially children, and their caregivers.
Its goal is to promote diversity, empowerment, equity, and inclusion (DEEI) through integrated, social, educational, and creative programs.
The association is committed to strengthening self-love, resilience, and a sense of community.

The DEEI-verse "Intersectional Growth Peers (IGP)" pilot program 2026 is a support and development initiative for people with experiences of discrimination (e.g., racism, ableism, sexism, transphobia) who work as general staff or in leadership positions, junior staff, trainees, or in comparable roles.

Goal 1: To establish professionally supported and sustainable tandem partnerships in which experienced and less experienced individuals from these communities empower, educate, and guide each other to strategically embed DEEI principles within organizations.

Goal 2: To create a professionally supported network of peers with similar backgrounds who are often underrepresented in existing support structures in Switzerland.
