DEEI-verse is a play on words combining “Diversity, Empowerment, Equity,
Inclusion"
and "Universe”.
The association DEEI-verse aims to create supportive, empowering, and creative projects and safe spaces for people who have experienced discrimination (e.g., racism, ableism, sexism), especially children, and their caregivers.
Its goal is to promote diversity, empowerment, equity, and inclusion (DEEI) through integrated, social, educational, and creative programs.
The association is committed to strengthening self-love, resilience, and a sense of community.

Many professionals continue to experience racism, ableism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination in their work environment.
The IGP program provides a supportive space where emerging and experienced professionals can develop together in peer tandems — thereby strengthening Diversity, Empowerment, Equity & Inclusion (DEEI) in organizations in Switzerland.
